If you look right across from the Pentamamba Temple in Himachal Nagar, near the Hzl Gate, you’ll find our Visakhapatnam office. We’ve been operating Essar Projects Limited from this location for quite some time now. Being near the temple means there’s always something going on outside, especially during festivals when the bells are ringing and crowds are passing by. Our office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got desks, some old chairs, and shelves full of project folders. Most of our work involves managing the local project sites and making sure the staff have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination and checking through schedules. The proximity to the Hzl Gate makes it a very industrial part of town, so we get a lot of trucks and workers passing through the area. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the current project sites. Our team is local, and we usually grab lunch from the small eateries nearby. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest place to work. We don't spend much time on polish or appearances. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure the paperwork is filed before we head home for the evening. It’s just how we run things here in Vizag, keeping it simple and getting the job done one day at a time without any extra complications or delays.
