Essar Constructions Limited

Our office is in Visakhapatnam, at the Sai Soudha Splendour Apartments. We are in unit 103, right in A.S.R. Nagar, Seethammadhara. It is a nice enough spot in Andhra Pradesh, and being in an apartment building makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a typical commercial block. We are Essar Constructions Limited. Most of the time, the place is quiet because everyone is out at the various construction sites around the city. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of maps of the local area. Working in Vizag means dealing with the humidity and the coastal weather, which can be tough on equipment and schedules. We just take it as it comes. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big, polished firm. We are just a group of people who know how to manage building projects. There is always a lot of back and forth with the site foremen and the suppliers. Sometimes we are here late into the evening trying to finish up the payroll or checking the material costs. It isn’t always easy, and we definitely make mistakes now and then, but we always try to fix them and keep going. We know the Seethammadhara neighborhood well and have been operating from this apartment for a while now. It’s just a practical way to run things.
