Essar Constructions (I) Limited

Our office is located at 57-6-22/1 on Malla Suri Veedhi in the Kancharapalem area of Visakhapatnam. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s easy to spot. We’ve been running Essar Constructions (I) Limited from this Vizag location for a good number of years. The street can be quite lively, and we often have people popping in to ask about a project or just to say hello. We handle various types of construction work around the city. Some days we are dealing with concrete and steel, and other days we’re just sorting out the plumbing details for a client. The office isn't very large, but it’s got everything we need to keep things moving. We prefer a hands-on approach, so you won’t usually find us sitting behind desks for very long. We’re mostly out at the sites making sure the work is actually getting done the way it’s supposed to be. Kancharapalem has a real local feel to it, and we like being part of that fabric. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in town, just one that does a reliable job every time. We use local labor and try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone involved. It’s hard work, especially when the weather in Vizag gets humid, but it’s what we know how to do best. We just take things as they come and do our best work.
