Elcome Marine Services Pvt Ltd is situated at 89, Ajaynagar in the Santoshpur neighborhood of Kolkata. We’ve been part of this community for quite a bit. It’s a residential-feeling area, but we manage our marine business right from here. We aren't a giant corporation with a shiny lobby. Our place is more about the work than the looks. We focus on marine electronics and providing support for vessels that need their systems checked or repaired. It’s a lot of technical work. Sometimes we spend hours just looking for a single fault in a wiring diagram. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We know our way around a ship's bridge and we know which parts are reliable. Santoshpur is a good place to be based. It’s got a real neighborhood feel. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at various sites around the port. We don't really do much in terms of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time or have heard about us from others in the industry. It’s an honest way to do business. We just provide the technical help that’s needed and make sure the paperwork is in order. We don't have big speeches about our values. We just show up, do the job, and go home. That’s how we’ve always done it.
