If you head over toward the Madhurawada side of Visakhapatnam, near the Chandrampalem area, that’s where you’ll find our office. We’re set up at Plot No 54 in the AP NGO’S Layout. It’s a growing part of the city, and there is always some kind of construction noise going on nearby. We’ve been involved in building and estate work for a while now. It’s mostly about dealing with land, bricks, and concrete. We spend a lot of time out on site, wearing boots that are always covered in dust. Back at the office, it’s mostly just maps, architectural drawings, and piles of files. Building things in Vizag is interesting because the landscape is changing so fast. We try to keep up with the local regulations and all the paperwork that comes with putting up a new structure. It isn't always easy, and there are days when things don't go exactly to plan, but we stick with it. We are just a group of people who enjoy seeing a project go from an empty plot to something useful. We don't have a big corporate lobby with marble floors; we just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. People around here know we’re straightforward. We don’t promise the moon, we just focus on the walls and the roof. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until late evening, six days a week.
