Dozco(INDIA) Pvt.Ltd.

We are situated at No.243 in Block D of the Auto Nagar Industrial Park. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the prettiest place, but it’s where we need to be. Dozco(INDIA) Pvt.Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite a while. There’s a lot of noise from the nearby workshops, and the roads can be a bit rough after it rains. We have a big gate and a yard where we keep things. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. But they work fine. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby. We’re here to work. Most of the people here have been with the company for years. We know the routines. We know the clients. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. We get our clothes a bit dirty sometimes, and the floor is never really clean no matter how much we sweep. That’s just life in Auto Nagar. We don't do much in the way of fancy talk. If you come by, you’ll see us busy with parts or paperwork. We take our breaks together. It’s a good team. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. We just talk to each other if there’s a problem. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. The afternoon sun hits the back wall pretty hard, making it hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast. It’s just part of the daily grind here.
