Dozco (India) Pvt. Ltd. is based out in Autonagar, Visakhapatnam. We are at Plot Number 243 in the 'D' Block of the Industrial Development Area. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always busy and there’s a lot of noise from trucks and machinery nearby. It’s a dusty place, but that’s where the real work happens in Andhra Pradesh. We deal with heavy equipment and parts, so being in Autonagar makes sense for us. The office is right there with the warehouse, so we can see what’s coming in and going out. We don’t spend much on decorations. The walls are mostly covered in calendars and charts for tracking stock. Our staff knows their way around a machine better than they know their way around a computer sometimes. It’s a practical environment. We have people coming in all day looking for specific bits and pieces for their rigs. We try to help them out without any big sales pitches. We’ve been part of this industrial area for quite some time, and we’ve seen it grow and change. It’s hot in the summers, and the warehouse gets stuffy, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We aren't here to look pretty; we're here to make sure the machines keep running. That is how we have always done things around this part of Vizag.
