Prasada Rao’s son, and we’ve been part of this community in Visakhapatnam for quite some time. It’s a busy road because of the college students walking by all day. It isn’t a fancy place with air conditioning in every room, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time out at sites, so sometimes the office is a bit quiet, but someone is usually there to answer questions. Chodavaram is a good place to be based because we know everyone around here. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just contractors doing our jobs. We’ve built a lot of things in the district over the years. We just take things one day at a time and try to finish what we started. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We just have our tools and our plans. People know us by our name and our location. That’s usually enough for the folks around here. We just keep our heads down and get the building work done.
