Delata Construction Systems Ltd

We've been operating Delata Construction Systems Ltd out of Chodavaram for a while now. Our office is right there on Velama Street, at D.No 9-89. It's the building near K.S.N Murthy, who is Kannam Naidu’s son. If you know the area in Vishakapatnam, you probably know where we are. We handle construction stuff. Mostly local projects around the mandal and post area here. It's not a big fancy office, just where we get the work done and talk to clients. Sometimes the weather gets in the way of jobs, but we stay busy. People around here just stop by when they need something built or fixed up. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone or meeting folks at the site. It’s pretty straightforward. We deal with the materials and the workers every day. Being in Chodavaram means we know most of the people we work for. It’s a quiet place but there is always some building going on. We keep our tools and paperwork at the address on Velama Street. If someone is looking for us, they usually ask for the Murthy family house. We try to keep things moving along even when supplies are slow to arrive. It’s just how it goes in this business. We are here most days unless we are out at a site somewhere in the district. It’s a decent living and we like being part of the local community.
