Kancharapalem is a very busy part of Visakhapatnam and we are located right on the Main Road. Being on the main road means there is never really a quiet moment during the day. Damayanthi Super Market has been here for some time now. The traffic goes by constantly and the noise of the horns is just part of the day. Our address is simply Main Road, Kancharapalem, Visakhapatnam - 530008. It is a very straightforward location to find for anyone in the city. The supermarket isn't like those massive malls you see in the city center these days. It is more of a local spot where people from the nearby streets come to get their daily supplies. We have different aisles for things but it is not confusing to walk through. We do not use any of that fancy marketing stuff to get people inside. We just put the items out on the shelves and people buy what they need. The floor gets a bit worn down from all the walking but we keep it as clean as we can. In the evenings it gets quite packed because everyone is finishing their work and heading home. We see a lot of familiar faces every single day and know most of them by name. Kancharapalem is a hardworking area and we are just here to provide what people need for their kitchens. It is a basic setup really. We open the shutters and close them at night.
