You can find us over by the Zilla Parishad area, right near the Vijya Medical Centre and across from Padma Mess. It is a pretty well-known spot because of the food place nearby. The clinic is usually busy with people coming in for orthopaedic issues, mostly things like sprains or old injuries that just won't go away. We have a regular routine of opening up, getting the files ready, and making sure there are enough chairs for everyone. The rooms are basic and we try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we have a lot of patients at once. You can often smell the food from Padma Mess if the wind is blowing the right way. We spend a lot of time talking to patients about their recovery and showing them how to use crutches or braces. It is not a shiny, high-tech office; it’s more of a practical space where work gets done. The staff is mostly locals who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we run behind schedule if a case takes longer than we thought, but we try to keep things moving along. Being near the medical centre makes it easy for folks to find us. We keep some drinking water in the corner and a few chairs that have seen better days. It is just a regular orthopaedic clinic doing its daily job.
