Civil Hospital

This is the Dept Of Neurosurgery for the Civil Hospital, but we are currently operating out of the Care Hospital Care Hospital facility. It's a bit of a specific setup, but it works for everyone involved. Being in this building means having what is needed to look after people properly. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or anything that isn't related to the job at hand. The hallways are usually busy, and there’s always something going on. Our team is focused on the medical side of things, specifically neurosurgery. It’s serious work, so we keep our heads down and stay busy. There isn't a big marketing team or anyone to polish up how we sound. We’re just doctors and staff trying to help the folks who come through the door. It can be a long day sometimes, but that’s just the nature of working in a hospital. A routine is followed here to make sure nothing gets missed. People come here when they have some tough things going on, so being practical and clear with them is important. There aren't any frills here, just the equipment and the people who know how to use it. It’s a tight space sometimes, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the patients and getting them through whatever they need. That is the long and short of how we run the department every day. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for everyone.
