This branch is located inside the Duspalla Complex over in Surya Bagh. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops around us, so there’s always people coming in and out. The building itself has been here for years. Working in a bank means we see a lot of the same faces every week. People come in to deposit cash, check their accounts, or ask about paperwork. It can get pretty loud during the middle of the day when the queues get long. We do our best to keep things moving, but sometimes the computers are slow or there's a lot of forms to fill out. The office space is functional, nothing too fancy. We have the usual desks and counters you'd expect. The air conditioning works okay, which is good because it gets hot outside. We’ve got a regular routine here. It’s not just about numbers; it’s about the people who live and work in the neighborhood. Some customers have been coming to this specific spot for decades. We know their names and they know ours. It feels like a small part of the community, even though we're part of a bigger organization. We spend a lot of time organizing files and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of steady work, day in and day out. We usually take our breaks in turns so someone is always at the counter.
