We are located right on the Main Road in Yelamanchili. It’s easy to spot us because we are right beside Madhu College. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of movement outside, students walking by and shops staying busy. Our office is a simple place. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around here know B. S. Bangaru Setty. We don’t do any of that fancy branding. We just have a sign outside and some chairs inside for whoever stops by. The work we do is mostly about keeping things in order. It’s a lot of sitting and checking details. Since we are on the main road, it can get noisy with the buses and trucks, but you get used to it after a week. The office inside is practical. We have old shelves filled with documents and a few desks that have seen better years. It feels like home to us, though. We know the shopkeepers next door and the tea seller across the street. It is a small-town atmosphere where everyone kind of knows everyone. We stick to our hours and try to help people who come in with their paperwork. There isn’t much to say other than we are a local fixture. We do our jobs, close up for the evening, and come back the next morning to do it again. The ink on the rubber stamps is always getting on someone’s fingers. We have stacks of ledgers going back many years in the back room.
