Anasuyasri Rubber Products

Our place is Anasuyasri Rubber Products, located at Plot No. 5-28-3/1/2 on Thokada Canara Bank Road. It is a bit of a long address for a business, but most people just look for the bank nearby and they find us eventually. The smell of rubber is pretty strong when you walk into the building, but we don't even notice it anymore after working here for so long. We make all sorts of small rubber parts and items for different uses. The molds are heavy and the presses get very hot during the day. We have to be careful when we are working to avoid any burns. The shop is organized by the type of rubber we are using that day, whether it is black or colored. We have a few older workers who have been with us since we first opened the doors. They know the machines better than anyone else here. The road outside can get very busy because of the bank customers, so parking a truck is sometimes a bit of a headache. We have a small area in the back where we store the raw materials and the finished boxes. It’s a lot of manual labor, checking each piece for any defects and trimming the extra rubber off the edges. We don't have a computer system for the stock, we just count it by hand and write it in the big ledger. It works fine for us. We just want to keep making good products.
