We are based in Visakhapatnam, specifically at Flat 303 in Anand Bhawan Residency. It’s on Prakasaraopeta Road, a place that stays busy throughout the day. Arya Offshore Logistics Services Ltd isn't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We are just people working from a third-floor flat. The view isn't much, just the street below and other buildings. Vizag is a coastal city, so the air always feels a bit salty, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. Our office is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have stacks of documents regarding offshore stuff and logistics piled up on the shelves. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things move from one point to another without getting stuck. Sometimes the internet goes out during a storm, and we all just sit there waiting and talking until it comes back. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t wear suits unless there’s a really big reason to. Usually, it's just regular clothes and getting through the to-do list. Prakasaraopeta is a central spot, so getting lunch is easy, there are plenty of small places nearby. We've been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job every single day. We stay till the work is finished, and that's it.
