Over at D 7-8, Industrial Estate, that’s where you’ll find our building. We’ve been working with aromatic chemicals and oils for a long time. It’s a practical setup. Nothing too fancy. We have the storage area and the processing equipment all in one go. It gets noisy during the day with the machines running. We started out small and just stayed in this same spot. The neighbors know us well by now. Usually, it's just the sound of barrels being moved around and the smell of whatever oil we are handling that morning. Some days are busier than others. When a big truck arrives, everyone has to jump in to help unload. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over tea in the morning about what needs to get done. If a valve leaks, we fix it. If an order comes in, we pack it. It's straightforward. The industrial estate has changed over the years, but we’ve kept our corner pretty much the same. We focus on the work itself. We aren't really into the whole modern office culture. Our hands usually have a bit of oil on them by noon. That’s just how the job is. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. We keep things moving and try to make sure we don't fall behind on the schedule. There's a lady who brings lunch around at noon, and we all take a break then before getting back to the barrels.
