Arch E Techs

Our workspace is located at 204, Level III of Satyam Plaza. We are in the 3rd lane of Dwaraka Nagar. It is a pretty central spot, which is handy for getting around to different building sites. The office is on the third floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of people and cars. We are mostly focused on the technical side of architecture and design work. That means a lot of time spent with CAD software and making sure every millimeter is accounted for in the plans. It can be a bit tedious sometimes, but it is necessary if you want a building to stay standing. We have a small group of people working here, and we usually have the radio on in the background while we work. It is not a very quiet office, as we are always talking over new designs or calling up material suppliers. Dwaraka Nagar is a great place to be because everything we need is close by. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just does what needs doing to finish a project. If there is a deadline, we all stay late until it is done. If it is a slow day, we might take a longer lunch together. It is a relaxed atmosphere but we take the work seriously. We’ve been here for a few years now.
