Supreme Rexine House

Supreme Rexine House is situated at 33-14-200 on Allipuram Main Road. It’s a busy street with a lot of shops and people passing by all the time. Our place is filled with rolls of rexine in all sorts of colors and textures. You can smell the material as soon as you step inside. It’s a specific kind of scent, a bit like new plastic and fabric mixed together. We don’t have much in the way of fancy displays. The rolls are stacked against the walls or on heavy racks. Most of our day is spent unrolling the material, measuring it out, and cutting it for customers. We use big scissors and long rulers that have seen better days. The floor is usually covered in small scraps of offcuts by the end of the afternoon. We stay on our feet most of the time. Allipuram Main Road is always noisy, with horns honking and people shouting, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes we sit on a stool near the front door to catch a bit of a breeze. We know the other shopkeepers nearby. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don’t do any big advertising. People just know we are here because we’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a simple business. We just provide the material and keep the shop running six days a week for the local community.
