You can find us at No 401 in Waltair Heights, which is right across from the AU out gate in Visakhapatnam. Being near the university means there is always a lot of movement outside, mostly students and staff walking past. Our office is up on the fourth floor, and the building itself is one of those typical older structures you see in this part of town. The view out the window isn't anything to brag about, but it lets in some light while we are working at our desks. Visakhapatnam humidity can be a bit much, so we try to keep the air moving as much as possible. It is a functional space where we keep our maps, drawings, and files organized. There is a small lift in the building, but it’s sometimes faster to just take the stairs if you are in a hurry. We don't have any big reception area or fancy carpets, just a plain floor and some sturdy tables. Most people who visit are usually coming from the university or live nearby. It’s a convenient enough spot for us to be located since it’s quite central. The traffic outside can get a bit loud during the midday peak, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes across our desks during the day. It’s just our regular work home, nothing more or less than that. We stay busy.
