A Stone Decor is sitting right on the main road in Resapuvanipalem. Our door number is 9-1-50/1. If you ever go to watch a match or an event at the Swarna Bharathi Indoor Stadium, we are directly opposite to that. It’s a very loud area when there is a big game going on. We work with a lot of stone and heavy materials. Moving slabs of marble or granite isn't easy work, and our backs usually ache by the end of the week. The shop gets quite dusty because of all the cutting and polishing that happens nearby. We spend our time showing people different types of stone and explaining why one might be better for a floor than another. It’s a messy business, to be honest. You can’t really keep your clothes clean when you’re around stone all day. We’ve been here in Vizag for some time and we know how the local weather can affect the way materials settle. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here at the shop, answering the phone and trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the orders get mixed up or the stone has a crack we didn't see at first, so we have to fix it. We just try to get the job done so people can move into their homes.
