We operate out of D no.15-7-9, GF 102, right on AU Hostel Road in Revenue Ward 20. It’s a good location in Visakhapatnam, close to the university area. We’ve been working out of this office for quite a while. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different contractors and making sure the right materials show up at the right time. It doesn't always go smoothly. Sometimes the sand is late or the cement isn't the right grade. We just have to handle those things as they come. We aren't the type of people to wear ties to work. We’re usually in the thick of it at the construction sites. The office is mostly for storing plans and taking a break from the sun. Vizag is a great city but the salt air can be tough on equipment, so we have to spend a lot of time on maintenance. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us because they saw one of our signs at a building site or heard about us from a friend. We try to be honest about costs and how long things will take. It’s better to be upfront than to have unhappy people later on. We just want to do a decent day's work and go home knowing the job was done properly. There is always something new to learn in this business.
