Our company, Vizag Developers Private Limited, is located at D.No.49-54-5/2. We are in the B S Layout area, which is part of Seethammadhara in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013. Seethammadhara is a pretty well-known part of Vizag, so we are lucky to be based here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace where we keep the records and handle the planning. We are mostly focused on developing projects around the city. Vizag is growing so fast, so there is always something to do. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes things rust a bit quicker, but we are used to that. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a big PR team. It’s just us, some desks, and a lot of phone calls to make sure everything is running right. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months, not four. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We are just local developers trying to make a living and do a decent job for the people who hire us. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic when several projects are starting at once, but we manage. You can usually find one of us here most days, probably arguing about a delivery or looking over a site plan. It’s just normal work for us.
