Vincentea Constructions Private Limited is located at E119 in Panchavati Township. This is over in Pedagantyada, near Akkireddypalem in Visakhapatnam. We have been operating out of this township for some time now. It’s a decent place to work from, away from the very center of the city but still close enough to get things done. We focus on construction projects in the 530012 area and beyond. Most of the time, our office is empty because everyone is out at the work sites. Building things is messy work, and we don't mind getting our hands dirty. We aren't into those polished business brochures you see everywhere. We prefer to just show people the work we’ve actually finished. Sometimes projects get complicated with all the rules and permits in Andhra Pradesh, but we just grind through it. We have a few regulars who help us with the heavy lifting and the technical parts. Being in Akkireddypalem means we are part of a real community. We see our neighbors every day. It’s not a big fancy operation, just us and our equipment trying to do a good job on every site we take on. Sometimes we're late finishing a day because something didn't go right, but we always come back the next morning to fix it. That's just how we operate here in the township. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on for everyone involved in the company.
