Our place is out on Pudimada Road in Anakapally. We are right near the Prashanthi Nikethan School, so you can often hear the kids playing during the day. It is a bit away from the main crush of Visakhapatnam, which some of our guests seem to really like. We have a decent amount of space here at Survey No 729/1. Running this hotel is something we put a lot of time into every day. It is not just a business for us; it is where we spend most of our waking hours. We have a mix of regular guests who come for work in Anakapally and others who are just driving through Andhra Pradesh. The road can get a little busy during school drop-off hours, but otherwise, it is fairly straightforward and easy to navigate. We do not go in for fancy decorations or expensive rugs in the hallway. We keep things simple and functional because that is what people need. The staff are all local folks from the neighborhood, so they know where to get the best food nearby or how to avoid the local traffic jams. We just try to keep the rooms in good shape and help people out when they ask us for something. It is a regular hotel run by regular people. We do not have a marketing team. We just rely on people finding us near the school. It works for us.
