If you know the Ramnagar area in Maharanipeta, you probably know where the NIIT Computer center is. Vaaraahi Constructions And Townshipsprivate Limited is right near there, up on the first floor at door number 10-37-11. We do construction and work on townships. It sounds like a lot, but it’s mostly just making sure houses and roads go where they are supposed to. The office can get a bit cramped with all the maps and blueprints we have lying around. Being in Maharanipeta is convenient because we are central to a lot of stuff. We try to keep a regular schedule, but sometimes the sites need us late. We aren't the type to use big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. We just show the work we have done. Most of the time, we are out checking on things, but someone is usually at the Ramnagar office to answer the door. It’s a practical way to run things. We see a lot of the same faces around here every day. The first floor is okay, though the stairs can be a bit tiring after a long day on a site. We just keep at it, project by project. People seem to appreciate that we are local and stay in one place. That's about it for us at Vaaraahi. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just building homes and neighborhoods one brick at a time. It keeps us pretty busy.
