We are located at 7-24-10/10 in the Mayuri Beach Apartments, specifically in Flat Number 106. Our office is tucked away in Eastpoint Colony, which is right across from the Park Hotel. It is a pretty well-known spot in the area, so finding us isn’t usually too hard for people who know the neighborhood. Unicbluestar Housing Private Limited has been here for a while now. The building is a regular apartment block, nothing too fancy or modern. We spend most of our time inside these walls dealing with the daily paperwork and the usual phone calls. The sea is close by, and you can sometimes feel that salt in the air when you step out onto the balcony or walk through the parking area. It is mostly quiet during the morning hours, but the traffic near the hotel picks up later in the day. We don’t have a big reception or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a flat where we set up our desks and chairs to get things done. Some of the neighbors have lived here for years, so it feels like a lived-in place. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lift is small, but it works fine for us. We focus on our work and try to keep things simple. There isn’t much to the office besides the people and the files. It is just a local place where we show up every day to do our jobs.
