We are over in Vepagunta, Visakhapatnam. The office is Flat No. GF-4 in the Sree Lakshmi Narsimha Enclave, which is right near the Mutyamamba Temple. It’s a ground-floor spot, which makes it easy to move gear in and out. Being near the temple means there is always some activity or music nearby. We are contractors, so our lives revolve around schedules, labor, and materials. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of rooms with desks and a lot of storage for our equipment. It’s not the kind of place you come for a fancy coffee. It’s where we handle the books and talk to the site foremen. We have a few regular guys who have been with us for years. We know the Vepagunta area inside out. Most of our work is local, and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just do the contracting work that needs doing. Sometimes things get stressful when a deadline is close, but we just push through it. The office is usually a bit dusty because of the work we do, but that’s normal for us. We keep things honest and just tell people what can be done and what can’t. It’s a small, local operation, and we are fine with that. We just show up and keep the projects moving as best as we can every day.
