Tanius Developers Private Limited is located over in Seethamma Peta. Our office is at D.No.50-7412, which is a busy enough spot in Visakhapatnam. We've been around this part of town for a while. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us handling the local development projects. Visakhapatnam is getting bigger every day, and we see it happening right outside our door. We spend a lot of our time on site or checking on progress. It's not always easy work, and sometimes things move slower than we'd like, but that's just reality. We don't go in for fancy talk or big promises. People around here just want to know if the work is getting done. We try to be honest about what we can do. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We deal with the usual stuff like permits and land bits. It can be a headache sometimes, dealing with all the rules. But we’ve lived here long enough to understand how things work in Vizag. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Andhra Pradesh. We just want to keep our heads down and keep working.
