SRN NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED is run from this apartment, and it’s where all the behind-the-scenes work happens. Chinna Waltair is a good area to be in, and the enclave is easy enough to locate. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs, and cabinets full of files. We don’t really go for the high-end office look. It’s a place for work, and we treat it that way. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors over the phone. Visakhapatnam is a big place, but being here in this part of town makes it easier for us to manage our local projects. We don’t have a marketing department or a sales team. It’s just us handling the day-to-day requirements. Usually, the office is a bit messy with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We like the quiet atmosphere of the apartment building compared to the noisy streets outside. It gives us a chance to focus on the numbers and make sure the projects are proceeding as they should.
