Our office is located in PeddaWaltair, specifically at Flat No. 405 in Sai Enclave. We are part of the Vijayanagar palace Layout area, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. SRIYAPUREDDY NIRMAN PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is run mostly from this single apartment. It’s where we handle all the administrative work and keep our project records. The space is a bit small, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans on the big table in the main room. Living and working in PeddaWaltair is convenient because most of the local suppliers are nearby. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be finished. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is checking their schedules before heading out. By the afternoon, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the fan and someone typing. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The Sai Enclave building is sturdy and easy for people to find when they need to drop off documents. We keep a simple filing system and try to stay organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It is a straightforward operation without any extra fluff. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure the projects stay on track from our base here in the layout.
