We are Srivi Nirman Private Limited. Our office is located at Door No. 9-38-1/2, specifically in Flat No. 102 on the ground floor over in Pithapuram Colony. We have been operating here in Visakhapatnam for some time now, focusing on various construction and building projects. Being on the ground floor is really convenient for us because we are constantly coming and going with site plans, equipment, and samples. We aren't much for fancy corporate offices or polished marketing talk. We are just a group of people who know how to put a building together. Our days are usually filled with a mix of office work—like dealing with permits and talking to suppliers—and actually being out on the construction sites. We like the Pithapuram Colony area; it's a good home base for us. Building things can be a messy and unpredictable business, especially when you have to deal with the monsoon season or supply chain issues. We just take those challenges as they come and try to find a practical solution. We don't make huge, flowery promises. We just focus on doing a solid job so that whatever we build stays standing for a long time. We have a small, reliable team, and we prefer to keep things personal rather than becoming a big, nameless company. That's the way we’ve always worked, and it seems to suit us just fine.
