Our place is in Tagarapuvalasa, specifically at D.No.1_49_163 in the Sri Nagar area near Chittivalasa. It’s a busy little spot, especially in the mornings when the smell of fresh bread and sweets starts coming out of the kitchen. We do a bit of everything here—baking, making traditional sweets, and handling catering for local events. It’s a lot of work, and the kitchen gets incredibly hot with the ovens going and the big pots of sugar syrup boiling on the stoves. We are usually up before the sun to start the first batches. It’s not a polished corporate bakery; it’s more of a family-style setup where things might look a bit disorganized but we know exactly where the flour and the ghee are kept. When we have a catering order, the whole place turns into a hive of activity with people packing boxes and loading the van. Tagarapuvalasa is a growing area, so we get a lot of regulars who stop in for a snack on their way to work. We don't spend time on fancy websites or advertisements. People know us because they’ve eaten our food at a wedding or a local function. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day and dealing with the heat, but it’s what we do. We just keep making the sweets and hope the customers are happy. It takes a lot of energy to keep the bakery running, but we manage just fine.
