Sree Lekhana Developers Llp is tucked away in the Seetharam Residency over in Narasimha Nagar. We’re up on the first floor in flat number three. It’s a decent spot in Visakhapatnam. We’ve been doing development work in this city for a long time now. The office is where we do all the planning and talk to people who want to build something. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It’s mostly just maps and project files spread out everywhere. Narasimha Nagar is a good place to be based because we can get to our different sites pretty quickly. The traffic can be a real pain in the morning though. We usually start early and stay until the sun goes down. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking on how the work is progressing. We aren't into big marketing speeches. We just like to build things. It’s a lot of back and forth with the contractors and making sure we have enough materials on site. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to figure it out as we go. That’s just how it is in this business. We’re just regular folks who know how to handle a project. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a blueprint or taking a quick break after a long afternoon of calls.
