We are located in Flat 301 of Rams Plaza, which is right in the 2nd lane of Dwaraka Nagar. It's a busy area and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. The building number is 47-10-26. We spend most of our time inside that office dealing with various import and export details. It’s not a very big space, but it works for what we need to do. We have a few computers and a printer that jams way too often. Our team is small, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to handle our shipments properly and keep our clients from calling us with complaints. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to different suppliers. Sometimes the noise from the street outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. Dwaraka Nagar is always moving, so there's always something going on. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks working through a pile of documents. We started this because we knew the trade business well and figured we could make a go of it ourselves. It's been a learning process, but we’re still here and doing okay. Just a local business trying to keep things moving. We don't have big ads, just our name on the door.
