Our office is located at 11F - 1227 in MK Gold Coast, over in Srinivasanagar, Yendada. Siri Golden Avenues Private Limited is what we go by. It’s a nice area to work in, especially being so close to the coast. We deal with property and land development, mostly focused on creating new avenues for people to live. It’s a lot of planning and looking at maps in our office at MK Gold Coast. We aren’t really into those slick sales presentations. We’d rather just show someone a piece of land and let them see it for themselves. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting the sites in Yendada and the surrounding areas. It can be a bit chaotic with all the different things happening at once, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just a regular group of people trying to make a living in the real estate business. We don’t promise things we can’t deliver, and we try to be as clear as possible about how things work. Sometimes the process is slow, especially with all the paperwork involved in land development. But we just keep at it. Being based in Srinivasanagar has been good for us. We know the local market and we know the people who live here. It's a solid place to be for us.
