Shri Madhuram Avenues Private Limited

Shri Madhuram Avenues is located in the Siripuram Towers. We are in suite 302, which is on the third floor. It’s a very busy part of Visakhapatnam, and we’ve been here for a good stretch of time. Our work is mostly about land and avenues. It involves a lot of looking at plots and figuring out what can be done with them. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to local authorities and trying to get all the paperwork in order. It’s not the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done. Siripuram is a great area because everything is close by. The noise from the street can get loud during the day, but we don’t mind it much. We’re just a small group of people working together. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big promises. We just look at the land and try to make something out of it. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We try to be honest about what’s possible and what isn’t. If you’re ever in the tower, you can stop by. We’re usually around, unless we’re out checking on a piece of land somewhere. It’s a simple business, really. We just focus on the task in front of us.
