Satbhoomi Nirman Llp

Satbhoomi Nirman Llp is based out of the Surya Vilas building in Siripuram. We’re up on the 4th floor in Flat 502, right across from the Canara Bank. Siripuram is a pretty well-known part of town, so it’s easy for folks to find us. We’ve been working from this office for a while now. It isn't a huge place, just a normal office where we handle our property and construction business. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy photos. We’d rather just talk to people face to face. Most of our day is spent dealing with the details of land and building projects. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and sometimes it gets a bit stressful. But we like the work. We know Balaji Nagar and the surrounding streets like the back of our hand. We aren't some polished corporate group; we're just a few people who know how to get things built. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the traffic on the main road is a nightmare, but we make it into the office every morning anyway. We try to be useful to the people who come to us. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone. We just explain the process and what needs to happen next. It’s a plain, honest way of doing business in a busy area. We’ve had to deal with a lot of regulations, but we just take them one at a time.
