Our office is located in the Marripalem Industrial Estate, which is a pretty gritty and hardworking part of the city. We are at D No-38-21-32 in Golden Nivas, Bapuji Nagar. Being in an industrial area means there is always the sound of trucks and machinery nearby. It’s not a quiet place for a nap, but it’s a great place to get infra development work done. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that comes with big projects. Sanohiya Infra Development has been operating out of this 104 Area for a while. We know the neighbors and the local suppliers well. Our office is simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders full of site plans. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather spend it on better equipment for the jobs. Most of our staff are locals who live right here in the city. We have seen the area change a lot over the years. Some days the heat in the industrial estate is quite a lot to handle, but we just drink our water and keep working. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to build things that stay standing for a long time. It’s straightforward work for people who don’t mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We keep it simple and try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take.
