Being in an apartment building means our office is a bit more compact, but it works for what we need. We handle engineering and construction stuff, mostly around the 530016 area. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on. We spend a lot of time doing calculations and looking at site plans. It’s not just about building; there is a lot of the technical side that needs to be right before anyone even picks up a shovel. We aren’t a huge team, just a few of us who know the business and work well together. Some days it’s quite stressful trying to get all the pieces to fit, but we usually figure it out. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People usually come to us because they know we’ve been around and we know how to get the job done. Madhura Nagar is a good place to be based. It’s central enough that we can get to our different sites without too much trouble. We just keep things simple and focus on the engineering problems at hand. It’s a lot of work, but it’s honest and it keeps us occupied. We try to be careful with the details because in engineering, those things really matter in the long run.
