We are Sai Shanmukha Developers Private Limited. Our main office is located at 50-42-17, Bhaskar Sai Mansion, which is right on the first floor over in the NRI Down area. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Karur Vysya Bank, which is a handy landmark for most people around here. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of land development and construction projects. It is a lot of work involving site inspections, meeting with architects, and trying to keep everything on schedule. We don't have any fancy mission statements to show off. Mostly, we just focus on the practical stuff like making sure the foundation is poured correctly and the wiring is done right. Being based in this part of town means we are always in the middle of the action. The office is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and coffee cups because we’re always right in the middle of several things at once. We like the local feel of the neighborhood and have gotten to know many of the people around here over the years. Development can be a messy business with plenty of delays and unexpected problems, but we just take it one day at a time. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of seeing a new project take shape from the ground up. That’s what we do.
