Our office is out on Santamamidithota Road, near the Vadlapudi post office in Visakhapatnam. We handle various infraprojects, and we’ve been at this for quite a few years now. The location is practical for us because we have enough room to move things around. It’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s more of a place where we keep our tools and handle the boring paperwork. We spend a lot of time out on the roads. Dealing with infrastructure means you're always dealing with dirt and heavy machinery. It’s a noisy job, but we’re used to it. The team here is pretty small, and we all know each other well. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty. It’s important to us that the work gets done properly, even if it takes a bit longer sometimes. The weather can be tough here, especially when it rains, but we manage. We aren't out here trying to be the most famous company in India. We just want to stay busy and keep the projects moving along. People around Vadlapudi know where we are. We're just local workers doing what we know how to do. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real work. We start early most days to beat the heat and stay late to finish up whatever needs finishing before we head home.
