Our place, Rajagopal Constructions Private Limited, is located right near the Gurudwara Junction in Visakhapatnam. The exact address is D.No.50-40-16/1 in Seethammadhara. It is a pretty well-known area and we have been based here for some time now. Being near the junction means there is always traffic and noise, but it makes it easy for people to find the office. We do construction work all around the city. Vizag is a big place and it keeps changing every day. We just try to keep up with the work. The staff here is mostly local people who have lived in the 530013 area their whole lives. We handle the paperwork and the planning from this small office before heading out to the actual sites. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just dealing with suppliers and making sure the trucks arrive on time. Sometimes things go wrong or materials get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't some big corporate machine. We are just a local team of builders and engineers. If you are in the Seethammadhara area, you’ve probably passed by our door once or twice without even noticing. We like to keep things simple and just focus on finishing the jobs we started. It’s a lot of long hours but seeing a building finished is a good feeling for everyone on the team. We just take things one day at a time.
