Neeharika Edifice Private Limited has its office in MVP Colony, specifically in Sector 9 at door number 2-10-1/1. Visakhapatnam is a busy place, and being in this part of town means there is always something going on outside our windows. We do building and edifice work, so our desks are usually cluttered with site sketches and material lists. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The office smells a bit like old paper and the ink from the printer. We don’t have a big team of corporate types in suits. It’s mostly just us in regular clothes, drinking tea and trying to get through the day’s list of tasks. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites in the heat, which makes coming back to the office feel pretty good. MVP Colony is a nice spot because everything is close by. We’ve been at this for a while now. The furniture is a little worn out, and the computer monitors are a bit old, but they work fine for what we need. We don't spend money on shiny decorations because that's not really our style. We’d rather focus on making sure the measurements are right and the supplies are ordered on time. If someone comes by to talk, they usually just pull up a chair and we get into the details of whatever project is on the table. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us.
