If you head down Annabathunivari Street in Ithanagar, you’ll find our place at number 4-53-22. We’ve been set up here for some time now, handling exports and imports for various goods. It's a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads, but we keep busy enough with the shipments coming through. The building is just a standard spot where we handle all the documents and coordinate with the docks. Most of our work involves checking containers and making sure the customs papers are all in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, especially when a big delivery is late. We don’t have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just an office where the real work happens. Most people in the neighborhood know us as the folks who deal with the crates and the trucks. We’ve got a small team here. Everyone does a bit of everything, from packing to calling up the agents. The heat in Ithanagar can be a bit much in the summer, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the mornings. There’s always some paperwork piling up on the desks.
