Our office is over in Hemalatha Towers, specifically Flat No 103, right across from the District Court. Being in Prakashrao Peta makes it easy for people to find us since the court is such a big landmark. Mmnu Investers & Developers Privatelimited is the name on the door, but we’re really just a small team trying to get things done. We spend a lot of time looking at different properties and figuring out what makes sense to invest in. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes we’re stuck at the desk at D.No.29-2-31 for hours going over papers and maps. Other times we're out looking at sites. Since we are near the court, there’s always people moving around outside. It’s a busy atmosphere which we kind of like. We don't have any fancy brochures or big sales pitches. We just talk to folks and see if we can work something out that benefits everyone. Real estate and investing can get complicated, so we try to keep our side of it as clear as possible. If you’re walking past the District Court, you’ve probably seen the building we’re in. It’s a solid place to work from. We’ve been focusing on this area for a bit now because we know the streets and the people. We just take things one day at a time here at the office. No need for anything too complicated. It’s just us doing what we know.
