Mavara Constructions (Opc) Private Limited

Mavara Constructions is a one-person company, or OPC, based out of Pendurthi. You can find us at No.3-89/2 in the L.I.C Colony. Since it’s a smaller operation, the way we do things is very personal. I handle most of the big decisions myself, but I have a good group of workers and contractors I rely on to get the actual building done. The office isn't much more than a room with a desk, a computer, and a lot of notebooks filled with ideas and quotes. I like being based in L.I.C Colony because it’s a nice neighborhood and it’s close to the areas where I’m currently working. Being an OPC means I don't have to deal with a lot of board meetings or corporate politics. I can just focus on the projects and making sure the clients are getting what they asked for. It’s hard work, and I often work late into the evening or on weekends to stay on top of everything. I don't have a marketing department, so most of my business comes from word of mouth or people seeing my sign at a construction site. I’m not trying to build an empire; I just want to do good work that I can be proud of when I drive past it later on. Sometimes it's stressful being the only one in charge, but it also means I know exactly what's happening on every single job we take on. It’s a busy life but it is mine.
