It’s a bit of an industrial or commercial zone, so there are always trucks and workers moving about. Being in the Apiic Colony means we are surrounded by other businesses and warehouses. The roads are wide enough, but they get a lot of wear and tear from all the heavy vehicles. Our office is a practical space where we focus on our daily work. It isn't the kind of place you would go for a fancy meeting, but it works for us. We have been here for a while and know the area pretty well. There isn't a lot of greenery around, mostly just concrete and buildings, but that is common for this part of town. We don't bother with any marketing slogans or trying to sound like a giant firm. We are just Markup Private Limited, and we do our work from this specific corner of the colony. The mail arrives at 56-2-11 eventually, though sometimes the couriers get confused with the different phases. It is a no-nonsense type of environment. We show up, do what needs to be done, and that's about it. The A.P State Co-Operative building is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. It is a busy, functional place to be. We are comfortable here.
