You can find Loyal Housing and Properties Private Limited on the third floor of Sri Satya Nilayam. We are in Flat C1, right across from Dutt Island in Siripuram. It’s a well-known spot in Visakhapatnam, and we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the building. Working on the third floor means we get a bit of a view, but mostly we’re just looking at piles of documents. We deal with houses and property stuff every day. It’s not always easy, especially with the way prices move around in the 530003 area. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phones won't stop ringing about some land issue or a lease agreement. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can't. If a project is going to take six months, we tell people it might take seven just in case. Siripuram is a busy part of town, so there is always someone coming in and out. We aren't big on fancy talk. We just show up, do the paperwork, check on the properties, and go home to our families. It’s a living. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this office, and we just keep doing our part in the property market here in Andhra Pradesh. Some days the elevator is broken, so we take the stairs. That is just life.
