Loya Amusement and Resorts Private Limited is situated in the Brundavanam area of P R Peta, which is out in Visakhapatnam. Our door number is 20-52/2. Being in Vizag is great because of the coast, but P R Peta has its own feel, a bit away from the main city rush but still connected. We focus on amusement and resorts, which means we are usually thinking about how people spend their free time. Our office is a simple place. It’s where we do all the planning and the boring stuff like taxes and permits. We have a small team and we’ve known each other for a long time. The office doesn’t have fancy decorations, just the essentials like desks, a few old computers, and plenty of paper. Visakhapatnam is growing fast, and you can see it everywhere. We like being part of that growth, even in our own small way. Sometimes the rain here can be heavy, and we just watch it from the window while we work. It’s a honest living and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just people from the neighborhood working in the hospitality and entertainment sector. Most days are just about solving small problems and making sure the next day goes better than the last one did. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else but right here where we started.
